The last step before linking your bank account to PayPal is to enter 2 amounts (less than $1.00) that has been deposited into your bank account. I have received $1.00 & -$1.00 in one transaction. 2 deposits of (less than $1.00) are not seen, but PayPal is asking for $0.xx & 0.xx amounts. This is the only way to confirm it is YOUR account. Is this a patience game of waiting for the account to show 2 amounts of cents instead of $1.00 in my example?
