Problem with IPN

hi, since yesterday, some success IPN does not contain "option_selection1" and "option_selection2"... If i refound the payement, the ipn containt these fields... anyone have this problem now ?

Normal IPN :

no, asked paypal and they reply an info how to enable IPN (they dont even read my message...) i will change to another payement provider like 2checkout asap...
