Printing a label

The second half of my label is not printing. It is blank. It happened right after I got a weird questionnaire asking if I agree to follow USPS rules. Anyone else experiencing this?

Same here.  I have my whole business setup using a 7" continuous tape printer.  Now I can't print a label using my hardware, and my bubble envelopes will not accomodate the new label sizes.  I ship close to 80 packages a week!

I'm sorry to hear that this is happening when you print labels. It sounds like there may be some type of system issue, since it's affecting both of you. Please contact customer support so they can take the relevant information from you and forward it to technicians for investigation. Issues are able to be fixed more quickly when they are reported and individual information can be collected. You can reach customer support by Facebook, Twitter, or phone or email.

I was able to solve my problem myself yesterday.  I had to go into My Profile Settings -> My Selling Tools -> Click update on Shipping Preferences -> Edit Printer Settings.  By default it had set my printer settngs is a standard ink jet printer.  Once I selected a Brother printer with a continuous tape, the labels generated by PayPal ended up changing to how they used to be.

Having the exact same problem.  It's not printing the 2nd half of the shipping page.  It's blank on the second half and I need this information for my own record keeping.  Any fix?  What a pain!  Already had to void multiple labels.

same thing happening here... this is  a  real  pain type  of  issue.. My records  are  no longer  acceptable  for  state  taxes as  I  have  hand written   copies  of  some of  my  shipping  receipts.
