Phone pass code

I'm always asked for a phone passcode when calling Paypal. Where do I find out what mine is or if I set it up but forget how do I reset it?

I get through anyway because I'm then asked for CC # since I don't know the passcode. Just can't seem to find any info on this.

Click on help & contact at the bottom of the page, then click on the phone option from top menu, then log into your account and then select the passcode option.
