Pending Payment

I am a freelancer and my client from the US sent me my salary thru Paypal, but I am not sure if he used bank transfer. I got the email saying the payment is still pending and on my account dashboard it shows the same thing. I would like to ask how many days will it be pending or when will it be cleared on my account. I hope someone can help me. Thank you.

Usually takes 3 to 5 days for the transfer to complete. If you still don't have it after that, contact PayPal support immediately.

Thank you for the information. May I ask why it was like this? I normally get the money instantly when someone sends me even they are from overseas. But this was the first time I got this that says non-instant payment.
