Just wanted to point out that when you select USPS 1-Day Express service through Paypal there is no box to check for signature confirmation, I suspect it is because it comes free with Express so the system doesn't pick it up as an "add on", if you buy the label directly through click and ship the box is there fand you do need to check it if you want it.
I did the experiment and the label came out with "waiver of signature" on it so I cancelled it, $38 now held pending refund... Hopefully enough people read this to make it worth it and they should probably look into fixing this.
