I might sell some virtual goods in the future and upon reading about paypal premier I see there are fees involved. Is the .30 + 10% fee only applied when a customer uses a credit or debit card? If so is there anyway I can only accept a paypal balance? The virtual goods I plan to sell are very cheap (will be around .50) so I would basically be paying the fees with that..
Any payments for the purpose of selling goods and services is charged PayPal fee so it does not matter if the sender is paying with PayPal balance or card.
