Paypal Debit was declined in store, but I can buy online?

I was shopping at the mall today and had bought some stuff with my card, everything was fine. Only spent maybe $30.

I go to the next store, total was about $80, and my card was declined, but I had PLENTY of money on my Paypal balance.

I get home and decide to see if I can buy online, the payment went through, so no trouble there.

I'm pretty confused as to if was just the store, or something with Paypal.

If anyone has any answers, I would appreciate it!

EDIT: I also just noticed that the payment from the first store hasnt even came up as pending, so now I'm really confused.

it has been like this since last year,some stores no problem,some have problem.

Paypal has yet fixed the problem or tell us what is the problem,JUST FEED US **bleep** WHENEVER WE CALL
