Paypal Credit Promotion used to purchase multiple items on Ebay

I see that Paypal is offering 24 months no interest this week.  Can this be used to purchase multiple items on Ebay? 

What if I already have a Paypal Credit account linked to my Paypal account.  Do I have to apply again?

PayPal Credit is for purchases from a single buyer.

If your purchase qualified for PayPal Credit payment your will see it as a payment option at time of checkout.  If it is available and selected just make sure you have sufficient funds available in your backup funding account as PayPal will do a secondary review as the payment processes; if the risk is to high PayPal will select the backup funding account.

Is there a scenario where I click on "Buy Now" then learn that I am not qualified for the 24 payments option?

There is no way to know until you get to the point of selecting a payment option.
