Payment being witheld

I made a sale on eBay recently and have not yet recieved the funds in my balance. I sent the package right away and included tracking info. The packaged was marked as delivered on thursday and yet i still don't have my funds available. How can I get the funds sooner, even after using tracking information which shows the package as delivered?

Do you mean the funds are 'showing' in your paypal account balance but in the pending section.........which they should be if you have been paid.

OR do you mean there are 'no' funds in your paypal account balance at all?

The funds have been showing in the pending section since the payment was made over 1 week ago.

give buyer at least 3 days to look at the item,it couldbe up to 21 days.
