Paying with balance without confirmed card

I want to pay airbnb with my paypal balance, but my card is not yet confirmed.

i keep having the page with tells me to add a card.

is it possible to skip the adding/confirmation and pay with my balance?

Unlikely as paypal like you to verify your paypal account with a back up card first before you can use the funds in your paypal balance.
