Hello,

If you have PayPal.Me and you are requesting money from a friend or family member, does that person also have to have a paypal account to make that payment request or is there an option for them to enter there credit card information once they click that link?

Unfortunately, the sender needs to have a PayPal account to use PayPal.me link.
