PayPal internal error when accessing the wallet tab

Why am I continually told there has been an internal error with PayPal whenever I select the Wallet tab. It always says try again later. I have been having this problem continually for the last few days.
Any help is appreciated.

Also my problem. I finally had to call PayPal and talk to a real person. He told me they are upgrading their web site (Wallet) and this is why there are problem. I asked if they planned to have this upgrade finished in this milenia and no answer.

I have had this problem since June and it's still going on today. Is anyone else still experiencing it?
