Funny, I Just Experienced The Same Issue Today. When I Called In Today Is Was Because I As Well Tried Using My Card Too Much When It Said Declined To Therefore It Was Deactivated! So What I Can Best Advise You To Do Is To Call PayPal At (888)-221-1161 So You Can Explain To Them What Happened & They Will Most Likely Transfer You To The PayPal Debit Mastercard Department So They Can Help You Out On That. I Cant Promise You That They Will Reactivate The Card So What They Most Likely Will Do Is Send You A New Card To Use. In The Future Is Your Card Is Ever Declined PLEASE DO NOT Keep Trying To Use It Because If The System Reads That It Was Ddeclined More Than 3 Times, It Will Assume Its Un-authorized & Therefore Deactivate The Card(s). if you are referring to the Paypal business debit card,it has been sick puppy for months now,it is not you,it has to do with the machine,some will take it and some wont.
paypal cant fix it.
