I received a Code 643 that said I had a 'recent' restriction on my account. This would be my 6th loan, paid off the 5th early and had high hopes for new capital. I contacted PayPal and they cannot tell me 'what' the restriction was only that it happened in June and I will have to wait for it to fall off before I can reapply? Anyone else experience this or know how to get a restriction removed or at least find out what it was?
