I have a non-business paypal account that gets payments from my ebay account, and my son's ebay account, but I was the only person who received a 1099K for the total amount. Our gross income combined is over 20,000 but seperate is less than 20,000. How can I split our costs in order to not have a 1099K?

There limits on dedcutions when it is a hobby.  You will need to document and meed miniumum threshhold amounts before you can deduct.

On the other hand if you file a 1040-c as a business your will use your revenue and expenses to termine business profit (loss) which then goes to your 1040.

If you are referring to minium threshhold for taxes, ALL revenue is reported as there is no minimum when you file a 1040-C.
