MY freind send me money first time as im seller and buyer but thene he fixed it by caceling 

then send me ans send me secand time as gift but they are on hold 

after i read some where i see musT WAIT 30 DAYS 

or there is solution the sender or me i must do ? look at pphoto n2 there is payemond say i CANCEL OR SEND PAYEMT did i must click on it ??

If your account is unverified, PayPal can hold funds for up to 21 days.  

Another thought - it's possible that the series of transactions consisting of someone sending you money, then cancelling, then resending over a short period of time triggered some internal system fraud alerts put in place to actually protect you.  Now the funds are under review to ensure that transactions are legit.  In situations such as this, PayPal can still hold the funds for up to 21 days.
