I bought an eBay gift card via PayPal in 2016. The link from my email to the card does not work anymore. It says:
Sorry! This is not a valid claim link.
I have not used the gift card yet. It should still be there. I tried to email PayPal but could not find the proper subject to pick. I tried calling the customer service phone # but was on hold for over 45 minutes. I do not know who to contact about this at all and the customer service is very bad.
