Notifications still only go to old email address

My email notifications for payment received are going to the old primary.

I changed Primary months ago. This has been a problem that's been ongoing.

After talking to customer service for a time this morning and being informed there is no IT department and after they "tested" having me send a $0 invoice I have gone no where.

Notifications for ebay payments go to primary as did the invoice notification and the invoice. Gosh that didn't fix or prove anything and they cant' resend a notification. All I can do now it seems is wait and see from another sale.

Their customer service is seriously lacking, clearly outsourced. They keep telling me its email side but there are no forwarding roders anywhere on my primary (afterall, it IS my PRIMARY so why would I forward it)  So other than wait and see since paypakl is required for ebay I'm not sure where to proceed. Do I call and try to get through to eBay themselves for a fix/test?  

LOL I checked Email me when someone replies to my post.  Wonder what email address those will go to!
