Nonprofit Organization - Debit Card and/or paypal account donation only

My church is looking to setup a nonprofit account but they only interested in donation based on debit card or paypal cash in hand transaction.  Is there a option to only allow those transaction and prevent any credit card payments?

Unfortunately, no.  There is no way to exclude donations by credit card.
