I sold quite a few items on ebay nothing expensive but when processed paypal have put my payment on hold and this includes the payments for postage, the reason i gathered all the items and put them on ebay was because im struggling with money and thought putting the items on would give me soome money for christmas. I cannot afford to layout the postage fees for all the items before i recieve them. I cannot post the items without the money the customers have paid me for before hand. Will paypal not release the postage money as i cant post until i have thisS?
