Need money released

Help I sold an item shipped it and still never got my payment released. Can anyone tell me how to expedite this process. If there is a way

We would need to have some details - for example how did you sell the item ??

* Did you send an invoice to the buyer ?? 

* Or did the buyer simply use the send money feature ??

* What's the status of the transaction in your account Activity section ??

It's important to understand how the sale was done as it's quite easy to trick someone into doing something that's not right.

Note, if this was an eBay sale and you're a new seller, your funds can be held.
