My money reversed to my paypal

Hello paypal community

I'm tring to transfer my money from my paypal account to my credit card but transcation reversed 

I call my credit card support and tell me all thing was normal and the issue in paypal 

i need help to transfer my money asap

You can't withdraw to a card in the U.S.

You can only withdraw to a U.S bank account OR get them to mail you a check OR via a paypal card at an ATM.

sorry I'm from Egypt 

I don't know it's only for US Business community

is there any global comminity that's i can ask for my issue
