My Orders Keep Getting Declined 😕

I'm trying to buy a gift card from gyft.com and another website called egifter.com and my orders from both websites keep getting cancelled or declined for security purposes. I don't know why, and I've purchased this app subscription from iTunes and that worked out fine I don't know why they keep cancelling, can someone help me out?

Paypal is blocking the action not Gyft. Is you account has any issues PayPal will block it. Especially since it’s Apple.
