Multi-Order Shipping not working.

I called Paypal yesterday afternoon after multiple attempts, so at this point it's been down for at least 18 hours. The rep said they were working on it.

Well them working on it, should of never been a problem unless someone corrupted their system, so if this has happened, what else isn't working properly or what has someone gotten into?  Didn't have any problems the past 2 years........
