Money from a rebate app was transferred to my paypal account. I took my Paypal Mastercard to a merchant (in RL not online) my money was not available. I called paypal customer service. The lady said I had to transfer the money to my MC from my email, the way it was now I could only pay online. This merchant does not accept online payments. I dont know how to transfer the money to my physical MC for use at RL merchants. I never had a problem with this before. Has there been a change? Please help! Thank you.
