Linking ebay and paypal

Hi,

I'm trying to link paypal and ebay. I went to the instructions where it says to select the account tab under settings. There is no account tab under settings so I can't move forward. Any help would be appreciated.

Don't know about your ebay account but i for one certainly have an account tab.
