Hi! I'm from Philippines. I am linking my Paypal account to Gcash. I got a reply that I already linked my gcash to paypal but can't withdraw my funds then when I checked my pre approved payments sections, there is a red flag saying that it is currently deacctvated and I need to reset my PIN. I changed my Paypal password already and even my Gcash PIN but still deactivated. Please help. Thanks
