I sent my first invoice for payment, by providing the link via Facebook. The customers says they have paid it, but it still shows unpaid for me and I have a zero balance. What now?
How did you provide an invoice through a Facebook link? There is something fishy here.
You create a PayPal invoice from your PayPal account, not through FAcebook. When you create the PayPal invoice you then have PayPal email it to the potential buyer. The buyer pays through link in the invoice email. Money goest directly to your PayPal account.
