Hello, I can not transfer money to a card, i tryed using this likn https://www.paypal.com/kz/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_withdraw-funds-cc, mobile app, this link https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/wallet/withdraw, another browser and cleared my cookie, but always see "Internal Server Error" and "You cannot complete this transaction at this time.". Can someone help me ?

It already the 5th day, I still cant withdraw to my visa card. I have done 1 successful withdraws to my visa card. Until now I still get "Internal Server Error"
