I applied for paypal credit but didn't go through

I tried to apply for the paypal credit.

It asked for my birth, last 4 num of SSN, and my billing address. I am sure that I typed in the information all correct for many times.

It kept telling me : There's a problem with information you provided. Please review and try again.

Do you or did you ever have any PayPal disputes?

Have you ever been late for a credit card payment?

Have you ever been late for a utility bill payment?

There are a lot of factors PayPal evaluates.

Yes I am over 18.

I have no Paypal  dispute.

Late for credit card payment: Long time ago I forgot a payment due day once, and the credit card company charged me $25 for late payment fee. However, my creidt score is above 780 now.

I have been using paypal for 5 years.

So phone PayPal Credit to review the details to make sure the data is correct or lacking.  They won't give you details or a reason for decline due to security risks. 

There could be issues relating to your other PayPal transactions or many other potential undisclosed reasons.

None of it really matters much as you would be offered PayPal Credit without having applied for it.  And, even if you got approved there would be no guarantee of using it on demand.
