I am being charged for labels that don't print!

Someone please help me!  I am trying to print out labels to send my Ebay packages out and they won't print!  I tried hitting "PRINT" and nothing comes from my printer!  I checked to make sure my printer was clicked as a default printer.  I look on "items in queue" and there is a big fat zero there!  So where are my labels going?  Meanwhile I am being charged $9.75...twice now!  I am afraid to try again!!  It takes forever for them to put the money back into my account!  Now what!!

void the label,but it will take time to get a refund from USPS.

something is wrong with your printer connection,unplug,and reconnect ,launch a different browser,try and try

Thank you so much. I will try that. Meanwhile, I printed out through Ebay and it worked.
