How to establish a good track record of receiving payments

I want to be able to recieve payments within 24 hours and not have to wait 21 days or until it is approved because this causes many unnecessary issues for me. PayPal says i need to establish a good track record of receiving payments so i can recieve payments in under 24 hours. How do i go about doing this?

Sell only tangible items which qualify for seller protecton.

Ship within 48 hours.

Maintain inventory for all items sold.

Include online tracking to show delivery for all items sold.

Settle any buyer issues WITHOUT a PayPal dispute.

Don't make any mistakes with any money issues.

Keep sufficient funds on  your PayPal account to cover for contingencies.

It will take time to build a good history.
