How to create a Live NVP/SOAP API App?In the portal I’m seeing only a Manage NVP/SOAP Apps and not the feature to create a new one.I'm using the Permission API to enable us handling payments on behalf of the merchants.
You may want to visit the Merchant Support Community where you'll find other developers and PayPal Techs who may be able to help.
