How to check fulfillment of Seller's Criteria

Hello, I have a new business paypal. I searched some in the community and it says it depends on my country.  I just want to know how to see the requirements + my fulfillment of the requirements so that Paypal won't hold every transaction anymore for 21 days.

And I can't see how to get to "Overview" to see my progress.
