I wanted to create an account to buy a t-shirt to support a cause. This process has been a lot harder than I imagined. LOng story short... I went the routing/account number way - because my card's billing and shipping address is a whole other problem. I got it to where PP sent a couple of deposits and withdrew them.. WOW!! IN in!! but wait.. I went to transfer money from bank to PP but I have to verify my bank AGAIN.. routing number acct number all over again - PayPal.. you have it!!! I just wanna use PP to buy a **bleep** shirt
