How do I cancel echeck that I received for payment?

I received an echeck for payment on goods and I need to cancel it so the customer can pay with a credit card.  I found instructions in the help section but they led me to a dead end.

Hi @mappint

Try going to the Summary page, locate the pending payment, Click Cancel under the pending payment and Cancel the Payment.

Go to Account Overview > History > Find the relevant payment > Details > Cancel Payment under ‘Cancel this eCheque payment’ > Review the information and include a message to buyer > Cancel Payment.
