How do I block payments from non-US-Unverified Paypal users and payments from foreign accounts.

I'd like to block payments from non-US-Unverified Paypal users and payments from foreign accounts. I can't find how to do this in Paypal.

Also if I block these buyers, would they still be able to purchase my Ebay items?

You can block payments from all international buyers.  Find this with your profile settings.

you can block them on Ebay from your listings-by country/region.or by their Ebay ID or feedback
