Phone system not taking voice prompts
Have been trying to get to the dispute dept for over 1 hour. No one in dispute dept answers the phone. First level transferred me to credit dept.
Worst customer service experience.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
