I would love to purchase items . But every time I try to check out it won't accept my PayPal. It says insufficient funds . But my bank account has more than enough money on there. My bmo bank account is linked and confirmed in Paypal, so I don't know what the problem is .. ;( I called PayPal and they say it should work,... whit out me adding funds from my bank to PayPal... Please Im not able to get a credit card and my bmo debit card/ bank account, is my only option ;( ..also just 5 min ago I tryed to make a smaller perchse of 15$ and this time it gave me a blue error message to ( fix issues whit PayPal account. But I did everything they wanted . I been trying for about a week ;( I sent in bank statements , photo ID's , linked my bank and conferrmed it . Linked my PayPal and eBay together, fixed my billing information. Cleared cookies , download eBay app for phone. Used it ... But still it won't work. I even asked the bank for help and they couldn't really help . Just give suggestions . I think I have to whaight for the Canada Post prepaid reloadable visa cards to arrive at the post office. ;( ;(
