Funds to debit card from wallet

A friend has put funds into my wallet.  I do not have a bank account and want to put the funds on my debit card.  How do I do this?

You can't withdraw funds to a card in the U.S.

You can only withdraw funds to a linked bank account OR ask customer services to mail you a cheque OR if you have a paypal debit card then withdraw the funds at an ATM.
