Funds held longer than 21 days

Why is my money still held. It was supposed to release December 9. I need my money.

No idea, why not give customer services a call and see if they will release it manually for you.

Called them, said there was an error or something and they're trying to fix it. This is very inconvenient since I need the money to buy other things.
