Fixed/variable monthly and/or yearly fees?

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out if a PayPal Business Debit Mastercard is convenient for my needs.

Does it have fixed/variable monthly and/or yearly fees?

(Can't find the answer in the Cardholder Agreement.)

It is a debit card so it draws funds directly from your PayPal balance.  As far as I know, no fees.
