How do I add photos & shipping info to a couple of claims? I sent all 4 pandora charms back to the seller and the seller has my money also!
When I go to the open claims, it has nowhere to send anymore information? I have a bunch to send them.
I don't intend to lose my money along with the junk they sent me! Doesn't seem very fair. This has happened to me twice. The first was selling fake pandora. Now, this person is selling junk pandora and sayint it is great! And fought and won with ebay! Sent me their address and then sent ebay their home address. I suppose they first sent me their work address which I had tracked and it was signed for at the address she provided.
It's been going on for over a month now and I don't get anywhere. But have all documentation to support my facts. Besides, the jeweler not wanting to sign his name saying that they are junk. I can't blame him. I'm sure he doesn't want to get caught up in a lawsuit.
