Hi, I keep getting this message when trying to view my annual report.

error code RPT:001 There's a PayPal connection error. Try again later.  Fatal Exception Caught

Any help? I have been trying for 2 days.

Try resetting your modem, that seemed to work for me!!  Good luck!!

Resetting your modem was probably had nothing to do with it and was likely  just a coincidence. I'm having the same problem.

I'm having the same issue.  Resetting modem did not work.

Yep, modem has nothing to do with it. I suspect the problem is with PayPal's servers and there is nothing you can do about it beyond informing PayPal that THEY have a problem. BTW, it has started working intermittently for me.
