Have recently sold an item on ebay. I had a very old account with paypal and need to change the bank info. What is needed for me to collect my funds ? Have rarely used this so a refresher would be helpful but brief please. step 1 to 2 t0 3 !!
You can link and confirm the new bank account if that's what you have in mind. Once that is complete, you can remove the old account and then you can transfer the funds from your PayPal account balance to your new bank account. Here's some help to get started.
As for other options to withdraw your money besides your bank account:

so you have an old PAYPAL account,so have you stopped sellingon Ebay?
if not,then what method are you using to collect payment?
if you have not sold for a long time,there will be new seller hold,which means ebay will ask Paypal to wothhold payment until 3-21 days past confirmed delivery ,so make sure you upload tracking and if 750 or more in payment,signature is requried for seller protection
