Drop down menu doesn't show arrow

I've created a html drop down menu and the arrow's are not showing up..  Here's the page in questions..

What I can tell you is your issue is not a PayPal problem.   I tested one you item buttons using a blank web page and it works just fine - all the dropdown selections are there.  I used a plain web page because there are no .css or style sheet files controlling what the page looks like or how it functions - it just plain jane configuration if you will.  That tells me that one of your .css files is blocking how the dropdowns are displayed and function.  Sorry, I can only tell what works and the PayPal item button code  is fine.  You'll have figure out which of your .css files is the culprit.

I've tried in google chrome, windows explorer, firefox and android and none of them show the arrow..  The dropdown works but no arrow..

Again, it's on your end - hint, it's one of your .css files or style sheets that controlling what you see.  The PayPal item button code is the problem.
