Hi -
I'm wondering if there's a way to mark an order as completed, or somehow flagged as done. Sometimes we get lots of membership orders, sometimes we don't. The problem is there is no way that I've seen to mark the order as completed, move it to archive or flag it as done. I've tried the archive thing, but that doesn't seem to work. Would like to keep the record in the database, but would love to not see it in the summary or know that it's been completed.
TIA, for any suggestions.

There does not appear to be any features available to do what you have in mind. You could build your own spread sheet to track your transactions by exporting your account transaction Activity history.
Download or export your Transaction History
* Login to your account.
* Click "Activity"
* Under "Simple" "Detailed"
* Click on "Statements"
* Click on "Activity export"
* Select "Custom Date Range"
* Select your "From" and "To" Dates
* Under File Types for Download - Select "Comma Delimited - All Activity"
* Click "Download History"
What this process does is export your history to a CSV file, you can then use an app like Excel to sort, view, create and print your own reports.
