Cannot receive invoices

As of yesterday I am unable to receive any invoices. The seller did a screenshot of my info on the invoice and it is correct. Any help would be appreciated.

check your spam folder.

Nothing in the spam folder. Also when I log onto my paypal account I have no invoices waiting for me.

tell the seller to send again.

(and you said the email address is correct?)

They have sent it twice. And yes the information is correct from the screenshot they sent me to confirm it
