I got a payment and when I click accept, it brings me to a different page. It says it can't do it.
You need to provide some details. For example:
Do you have a US PayPal account ??
Is your account "verified" ??
I am in the US. I have been using PayPal with eBay for a while with no problems. And I believe I am verified. How do I check?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
